Hast du viele Projekte in deinem Kopf herumschwirren und fürchtest das du nicht in der Lage bist sie zu verwirklichen? Hier habe ich 7 Anregungen zur Verwirklichung deiner Pläne und wie du alles unter Kontrolle behalten kannst.

Würdest du gern an einem Kochkurs teilnehmen, nach Japan Reisen, warum keinen Spanischkurs besuchen und dann vielleicht noch… wird ein einziges Leben für all das ausreichen? Vielleicht wirst du nicht wirklich alle Pläne verwirklichen können, aber mit meinen 7 Anregungen zur Verwirklichung deiner Pläne wird es viel einfacher sein dich nicht in begonnenen Projekten und neuen Ideen zu verlieren.

Los geht es!

1. Abschließen… schnellstmöglich!

Lass uns bei den bereits begonnenen Projekten beginnen.

Etwas das mir sehr oft passiert ist das, ich eine ganze Reihe neue Ideen erhalte, wenn ich bereits in Projekten eingebunden. Das passiert dir auch, nicht wahr?

Viele Ideen zu haben ist aufregend, doch oft auch aufregend. Viele Pläne gleichzeitig zu verfolgen ist möglich doch birgt es auch das Risiko des macro Multitasking.

Du weißt nicht was das ist? Nun das ist nicht schlimm. kurz gesagt ist macro Multitasking die Tendenz zu viele Pläne zugleich verwirklichen zu wollen. Wenn du versuchst dich um zu viele Dinge zu kümmern findest du dich in einer recht unerfreulichen Situation wieder: du kannst keinen deiner Pläne erfolgreich anschließen und … das ist nicht das was wir wollen. Unfertige Aufgaben zurück zu lassen ist für jeden frustrierend. Deshalb rate ich dazu begonnene Aufgaben zu erst zu beenden bevor man sich an neue Projekte begibt.

Auf diese Art wirst du:

  1. Kreise schließen: Das Leben besteht aus Kreisläufen mit einem Anfang, einer zentralen Phase und einem Ende, sie sind Kreise welche geöffnet und wieder geschlossen werden. Wenn du diese Kreise nicht schließt, wirst du dich verwirrt fühlen und Energie verschwenden indem du dich mit nicht beendeten Situationen herum schlägst. Wenn du sie jedoch abschließt fühlst du dich befriedigt und in Harmonie mit dem natürlichen Lauf der Dinge.
  2. Ressourcen freisetzen. Jetzt wirst feststellen das du neue Zeit und Energien für neue Pläne erschlossen hast.

Es ist besser wenige Pläne abzuschließen als viele unfertige Pläne zu haben.

2. Mach eine Liste mit den neu hinzu gekommenen Ideen

Bist du besorgt das sich auf das beenden alter Projekte zu fokussieren, dazu führt das du neue aufregende Ideen welche du in der Zwischenzeit hast vergisst? Keine Sorge!
Erstelle einfach eine Liste mit all den neuen Plänen.

Zusätzlich, ist dies das perfekte Mittel um neue Pläne zu bewerten. Wenn du nicht sofort darin eintauchst, gibst du der Idee die Möglichkeit zu reifen. Sobald du dann wieder Zeit für ein neues Projekt hast kannst du in diese Liste schauen. Du wirst feststellen das manche Ideen ihren Charm verloren haben, vielleicht weil sich doch nicht so wichtig waren wie du zuerst dachtest. Damit verhinderst du das du dich aufgrund temporärer Euphorie in absurden Experimenten verstrickst.

Dann gibt es noch diese verrückten Ideen welche dich noch immer wie Sirenen anlocken? Brilliant, das bedeutet das es der richtige Moment ist um damit zu beginnen!

3. Bewertung

Die bereits beschriebene Phase kann als erster Schritt der Bewertung eines neuen Projekts angesehen werden. Allerdings ist dafür noch mehr nötig. Jetzt musst du herausfinden ob dieses Projekt in genau diesem Moment in deinem Leben überhaupt möglich ist.

zum Beispiel kannst du dich fragen:

  • Kann ich es jetzt erfüllen?
  • Habe ich Zeit und Energie welche ich in dieses Projekt investieren kann?
  • Habe ich alle Ressourcen um damit zu beginnen (Material, Geld, Erfahrung,…)?

Wenn due Antwort auf all diese Fragen JA lautet, kannst du ohne Eile beginnen.

Verzage nicht, wenn du stattdessen feststellst das es nicht der richtige Moment ist. Die genannte Liste hilft auch in diesem Fall da keine deiner Ideen verloren geht und wenn dann doch der richtige Moment gekommen ist kannst du sie wiederfinden!

Dir fehlen die Ressourcen? Nun, zuerst musst du vielleicht Wege finden um dir diese anzueignen oder zu finden. In diesem Fall zählt das dann aber schon als erster Schritt im neuen Projekt. Als erster schritt von noch vielen weiteren. Wie auch immer, noch vor der Planungsphase sollte noch etwas anderes getan werden: lege eine Deadline fest! Wie bei deinen Zielen ist es auch wichtig eine Vorhersage über das erwartete Ende zu treffen. Glaub mir, ohne dies wirst du dein ganzes Leben nur planen ohne deine Herausforderungen erfüllt zu sehen.

4. Planen

Jetzt ist die Zeit zum planen gekommen. Stell dir das Ergebnis vor und gehe in Schritt für Schritt alle nötigen Abläufe rückwärts durch. An diesem Punkt identifizierst du alle für das Ziel nötigen Schritte.

Dieser Schritt ist aus 2 Gründen wichtig:

  1. Je mehr Teilschritte du identifizierst umso leichter und einfacher wirst du zum Ziel gelangen. Es ist ein wenig wie mit dem Essen: umso kleiner die bissen sind desto einfacher kannst du sie verdauen, nicht wahr?
  2. Es ist einfacher Teil des Ganzen zu kontrollieren als alles gleichzeitig. Wenn es einen Rückschritt gibt wirst du sofort erkennen können wo das Problem lag und was du dagegen unternehmen kannst. Du musst nicht den ganzen Plan neu bewerten, es reicht das identifizierte Problem zu beheben. Dies erlaubt dir mit mehr ruhe und viel schneller zu arbeiten.

Wenn du an einem besonders langen und/oder komplizierten Projekt arbeitest kannst du dir auch Zwischenziele setzen. Dies hilft dir den Fokus und die Motivation nicht zu verlieren.

5. To Do Liste

Ok, Jetzt ist die Zeit gekommen um zu beginnen! Die unterschiedlichen Schritte welche du festgelegt hast müssen jetzt in einen Täglichen oder Wöchentlichen (wie du es bevorzugst) Aktionsplan eingetragen werden. All diese Handlungen müssen zu den für das Projekt benötigten Aktionen passen.

Wie du dir vielleicht schon vorstellen kannst, mag ich Listen! Wenn du sie auch magst, empfehle ich dir dieses Buch: “L’arte delle liste”, von Dominique Loreau.

Wenn du ganz sicher gehen willst in aller ruhe weiter zu machen habe ich hier noch ein paar Vorschläge:

  1. übertreibe es nicht. Lege wenige Aktivitäten in deiner ToDoListe fest. Es ist besser wenige Aktivitäten abzuschließen als viele unfertige zu haben (Wie auch bei den Projekten).
  2. setze Prioritäten. Wenn du es nicht alle punkte in einem Tag oder einer Woche schaffst helfen dir Prioritäten dir trotzdem Befriedigung zu verschaffen. Es ist nicht erforderlich alles zu schaffen. Vielleicht musst du mit Rückschlägen kämpfen. Fokussiere dich nicht auf das was du nicht geschafft hast. Erfreue dich an dem was du trotz allem erreichen konntest. An diesem Punkt kannst du das nicht erreichte, in Ruhe, für den folgenden Tag oder die folgende Woche planen.
  3. Du kannst einen Farbcode verwenden um Aktivitäten abzugrenzen. Für mich ist dies der spaßigste Teil. Zum Beispiel kannst du die primären Aktivitäten mit unterschiedlichen Farben hervorheben. Andererseits kannst du auch spezielle Projekte gesondert markieren. Mach es wie ich, hab Spaß dabei! Finde deinen Weg, kümmere dich um deinen Farbcode und mach es einfacher bestimmte Aktivitäten auseinander zu halten. Das hilft auch nicht in Panik zu geraten wenn du dir die ToDoListe anschaust.

6. Regelmäßige Kontrolle

Brauchst du Anregungen zur Verwirklichung deiner Pläne?
gib niemals auf!

Wo wir gerade vom Visuellen Aspekt sprechen, stelle sicher das du die einzelnen Aktivitäten auseinander halten kannst und behalte immer den Überblick. Wir verlieren uns oft in kleinen Schritten und verlieren dann das Ziel aus den Augen. Habe regelmäßige einen Blick auf die Liste mit all den nötigen Schritten, damit du den Fortschritt und den Status des Plans bewerten kannst.

  • An welchem Punkt bin ich?
  • Wie geht es voran?
  • Gibt es Rückschläge?
  • Muss etwas angepasst werden?

Zum Beispiel kannst du in dieser Phase Feststellen ob dein Projekt Limits hat. Vielleicht hast du dich übernommen? In dem Fall solltest du den Plan in weitere Teilschritte aufsplitten, je nachdem wie viel Zeit dir wirklich zur Verfügung steht.

Außerdem könntest du feststellen das dir unmögliche Deadlines gesetzt hast. Wenn dem so ist solltest du sie neu überdenken. Es kann passieren, keine Sorge. Mit ein paar Anpassungen wird es dir möglich sein deinem Plan schneller zu folgen.

7. Verliere dich nicht in Details

Dies ist besonders wichtig. Oft verlangsamt unsere ‚jagt nach Perfektion‘ uns in dem woran uns so viel gelegen ist. Dies kann denen passieren welche, wie ich, Oberflächlich erreichtes nicht mögen aber es lieben etwas mit viel Hingabe zu erarbeiten.

Pass auf, Perfektionismus kann gefährlich werden. Manchmal sorgst du dich so sehr Fehler zu machen oder das die Dinge nicht so laufen wie du das möchtest das du gar nicht erst beginnst. Dies wäre allerdings Verschwendung deines Potentials. Auch wenn du dich nicht so sicher fühlst, versuche es einfach! Deine Pläne werden Stück für Stück die Form annehmen welche du willst. Damit wirst du Glücklich sein auch wenn sie nicht 100% Perfekt sind.
